All pens are sold as seen in good faith. Further pictures and details can be provided prior to purchase should you wish.

Faulty Goods
All pens are inspected before despatch, however in the unlikely event that a pen arrives damaged then a full refund or replacement will be offered. A replacement will be offered dependant on being able to source appropriate materials but please note that pens are made by hand and as such no 2 pens will ever be identical, so a level of variation should be expected.
Unwanted Goods
If you have changed your mind or for whatever reason would like to return a pen (excluding faulty goods) then please get in contact to discuss. Depending on the reason for return, the pen should be returned in an unused condition for resale.
